Meet The Team

Mark started his career in industrial floor laying before joining the team at Carpet Matters in East Ham. Learning from the bottom up and with over 25 years of experience Mark can not only sell and provide expert advice on all types of flooring but can fit it as well. A true all rounder  there is nothing about flooring that Mark doesn't know!  Ali started her sales career in the niche market of antique bedsteads before honing her administration skills within the financial sector. For the past 6 years Ali has been a hugely successful singer on the London and surrounding counties circuit. 

A very part-time member of staff, Barry has been with us two years and knows how to sniff out a great deal. His favourite flooring is carpet and in particular Furlong Floorings Solitaire as it's luxuriously thick and soft to the touch!

Wispa also joined the team two years ago on a very part-time basis and has a unique ability of keeping people in the shop by leaning on them! Whilst she loves the smell of the laminate flooring she also favours the comfort of carpet but her favourite is the luscious soft deep pile of Cormar Carpets Gemini.
